Usage: homebasedel [cldbid={clientDBID}]

Permissions:
  b_virtualserver_homebase_manage when using the cldbid param

Description:
  Unset this server as the matrix homebase server for the calling client, or
  the client specified with cldbid if given.

Parameters:
  cldbid : integer : id of client in database

Example:
  homebasedel
  error id=0 msg=ok

  homebasedel cldbid=3
