Very hard to solve, since csfloat will probably never ever make their API public again, and
other sites aren't as good or also dont have a public API.

I will probably add a PREMIUM function (will definitely cost more) that gets you the 100%
correct csfloat rank through some method i developed on my own. But that is very costly and
pretty slow - so depending on the demand i will implement it.
